土地と建物の評価単位
非適格株式交換や非適格株式移転の際には、土地など一定の資産に関して時価評価が必要ですが、その対象として「簿価10百万円未満の資産」は対象外となっています。
そこで、例えば同一マンションの２部屋を所有しているときは、土地と建物はどのような評価単位になるでしょうか。
それぞれの部屋ごとに10百万円を超えるかどうか判定すればよいでしょうか。

相続時精算課税制度適用後に適格株式移転をしていたときの相続株式の特例の可否
父親が亡くなり相続により持株会社B社の株式を取得しました。B社の完全子会社としてA社があります。
元々父親がA社株を所有していましたが、相続時精算課税制度を活用して贈与により私がA社株を取得し、その後適格株式移転によりB社を設立した背景があります。
以下の相続株式の特例を使えば、B社に自己株買いをしてもらっても、私にみなし配当による配当所得は発生せず譲渡所得扱いとなると思うのですが、その理解でOKでしょうか。

非適格単独株式移転時の完全子法人株式の取得価額
100%親会社（A社）がいる子会社（C社）が、単独株式移転をして新たに親会社（B社）を設立し、その後B社がC社株式を譲渡します。
この場合、非適格株式移転になりますが、グループ法人税制が適用されて、子会社株式（C社株式）の取得原価を時価で認識できないのではないでしょうか。
